The adventure of Boulangerie Artisanale R&M began on June 1, 2023, driven by a shared passion for good bread, authentic products, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Roeuthy and I decided to open our bakery with a simple idea: to offer creations made with heart, patience, and high standards every day. Inspired by traditional methods, we work with quality products to provide a warm and gourmet experience to every customer.

Every bread, pastry, and specialty that comes out of our oven tells of our love for the craft and our desire to share authentic flavors.

Since opening, our greatest pride has been to see our bakery become a place of sharing, conviviality, and trust for our customers.

Bringing back the taste of bread and offering an old-fashioned taste to pastries

Worked on natural sourdough, all our breads are carefully crafted. 

Natural sourdough 

Natural sourdough is at the heart of our artisanal know-how. Prepared and maintained daily with care, it allows for slow fermentation that develops rich aromas, a lighter crumb, and better bread preservation.

Thanks to natural sourdough, our breads offer an authentic taste and a unique texture, while respecting traditional baking methods.

Lescure butter 

Our pastries are prepared with the famous Lescure butter, renowned for its exceptional quality and refined taste. Thanks to this excellent butter, our croissants and pain au chocolat develop a delicate, crispy, and melt-in-your-mouth flakiness.

Lescure butter brings a unique aromatic richness that makes all the difference in each of our artisanal creations.

The fougasse 

The fougasse pompe à huile is a traditional Provençal specialty prepared with generous olive oil, which gives it a soft texture and a delicate aroma. Developed according to artisanal know-how, it seduces with its sweetness, lightness, and authentic southern flavors.

The Fougasse or Pompe à huile, a blend of ancestral tradition and Provence

Since we have been in the Alpilles, we are keen to respect traditions and Provence. Thus, the fougasse pompe à huile with its history has been accepted by the village, which finds the tastes of yesteryear.

Snacking

We offer a range of artisanal snacks daily, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Sandwiches, focaccias, garnished fougasses, quiches, and salads are made with the same know-how and high standards as our breads and pastries.

Our goal is to offer gourmet, generous, and homemade products for a delicious lunch break.

Our choices

We have chosen to dedicate ourselves entirely to our core business: bread, pastries, and artisanal specialties. By not offering cakes, we can give our full attention to the quality, manufacturing time, and craftsmanship of each of our products.
